Teen Leadership Conference

Each year, SIILK hosts a one-day leadership program designed for African-American girls between the ages of 11-17 from various socioeconomic and geographical backgrounds.

This program features interactive workshops focused on encouraging, empowering and support girls in their journey to be strong, smart and independent women. Students will also explore options for traditional and non-traditional careers.
